What is a Backlog Grooming, Backlog Refignment or Backlog Maintenance in Scrum?

In these unofficial Scrum events, the Product Owner adjusts the Scrum Product Backlog with the development team. The following criteria may follow for maintaining the Product Backlog:

New user stories are added to the backlog
User stories that add more value are reprioritized (updating the position of the user story in the backlog)
User stories that add more effort are updated (updating story points)
User stories that do not add value are removed

The team should be conducted biweekly with a time scope of 90 minutes. Backlog grooming should take place regularly.
