What is a collocated team in Scrum?

A Scrum team should be collocated to ensure osmotic communication and a high degree of transparency. If the Scrum Team is not collocated other ways need to be found to improve osmotic communication and a high degree of transparency as:

• E-Mail communication
• Video conferences
• Core working hours
• (Virtual) Sessions together especially by different time zones
