What means communication in Scrum?

The three empirical pillars in Scrum are transparency, inspection and adaptation (see The Scrum Guide 2020). The first mentioned pillar is transparency which means that all Scrum team members should have an open and respectful way of communication. Osmotic communication should be lived by having collocated teams or communication by E-mail, core working hours, video conferences or virtual sessions.
