Scrum Training Scrum Foundation Scrum Master Product Owner FAQ DE

How is a project status measured in Scrum?

A burn-down rate can be calculated using a burn-down chart. At the information radiator, a wall can be a burn-down bar. The columns symbolize the sizes of the product backlogs. With each sprint the story points decrease. With a burn-up chart, the edited story points are shown.

A table with To Do, Doing and Done can stand as an information radiator. A CEO can get direct information about the current project status using Information Radiator. An Information Radiator should be simple, up-to-date and show the progress of the current project. It should be designed in such a way that the Information Radiator is influential and visible to the project stakeholders.
