What is a Sprint in Scrum?
A sprint is a work period for mastering the user stories of one-four weeks. During the Sprint, four events are mastered:
- Sprint Planning. In Sprint Planning, the tasks or User Stories for the Sprint are defined. It is also determined the strategy for mastering these tasks.
- Daily Scrum. The Daily Scrum is a daily 15-minute status meeting on the mastered tasks in the developer's daily routine.
- Sprint Review. At the end of the sprint, the content results of the sprint are discussed.
- Sprint Retrospective. It discusses the team collaboration during the sprint.
