What is the Sprint Review in Scrum?

The Sprint Review enables the review of an increment created during a Sprint. In Sprint Review, stack holders are invited and the real product is made available to the customer for feedback. The feedback helps to improve the product. The Sprint Review has a maximum length of four hours for a four-week sprint.

In an informal atmosphere, the results, mastered user stories or tasks are presented, tested and discussed. Each task is mastered when there is a clear Definition of Done for a task and it is completed. The product owner and the development department review and celebrate the completed tasks. Sprint Reviews are organized by the Scrum Master at the end of the Sprint, on Friday.
